By continuing to use this Website after such changes to the Terms, the visitor, user, or Registered User (you or User) agrees to and accepts such changes. If you use any other services provided by us, your use is based on acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions applicable to those services.

The provisions of these Terms of Use are translated from the original English version and are provided for your convenience. There may be some differences between the translated version and the original English version, and in case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. If there is any doubt about the accuracy of the information contained in the translation, please refer to the English version.

1. SCOPE OF OUR SERVICES

  • 1.1 Through the Website, Pione House provides an online platform where you can browse various airlines, and/or temporary accommodations (if any), and make reservations (Services). Users can book services provided by hotels, airlines, and/or other service providers (Providers) through the Website. By placing a booking order through the Website, you may book flights, hotel rooms, or other services on our Website. We will send a confirmation of the booking order via confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject your booking order as specified below.
  • 1.2 While we will use our professional skills with due care in providing the service, we do not confirm and do not guarantee that all information provided is accurate, complete, appropriate, or current, and we are not responsible for any errors (including typographical and typographical errors), interruptions (whether due to malfunction, repair, or temporary and/or local upgrade to the Website or other reasons), inaccuracies, misunderstandings, or incorrect information or the inability to transmit information. This includes all information on the Website or our other platforms related to aircraft types, seating plans, seat distances, entertainment systems on flights, and WiFi, or any other information related to onboard amenities.
  • 1.3 Changes in market conditions or circumstances that may lead to changes in a short period of time may result in inaccurate or outdated information being provided. In the event of any issues, the customer service department may contact you to assist and answer your questions.
  • 1.4 This Website does not make any claims and should not be construed as making any offers or suggestions regarding the quality of service or rating assessments of the Providers listed on the Website. We disclaim any claims, damages, or responsibilities regarding the quality or condition of existing Providers listed on the Website (providing airline, hotel, or other services). Providers may be featured in various rating classifications based on factors including but not limited to their reviews, ratings, or other factors. The rating provided is calculated based on automated algorithms that may be updated and changed at any time at our sole discretion.
  • 1.5 We reserve the right not to accept any Users or reservations (or, in some cases, cancel booking confirmations) at our sole discretion for any reason and without giving a reason for refusal/rejection/cancelation. Reasons for refusing Users or bookings or canceling booking confirmations may include but are not limited to: violations of these Terms, penalties for commercial or economic interests of global or national authorities, sanctions, prohibitions, fraud or theft (or signs or suspicion of fraud or theft), suspicion of criminal activity, suspicious bookings, services not available or Providers no longer providing services, Users providing inaccurate information, incorrect information, or misleading information, issues with the exchange, information, electronic credit card transactions, inappropriate behavior, threats, insults, information denial, practical obstacles, difficulties, or interruptions in information exchange, Real Errors (described below), a history of violating these Terms or being denied, or listed in any government blacklist or watchlist or international organizations. In the case of a booking being rejected or canceled by Pione House and payment has been made, Pione House will refund the amount paid without additional fees. We may delete or remove (Removed) the membership status of Users of this Website at any time, temporarily or permanently. Removed Users are prohibited from attempting to use the Website under any other name or through another User (described below in the Fraud Prevention Mechanism provision).
  • 1.6 In specific cases, we may cancel or reject booking transactions for Real Errors, regardless of the origin of the errors. To avoid suspicion, a Real Error is an error on the Website (such as in terms of pricing) that no ordinary person would find appropriate or meaningful in business. The amount paid will be refunded without additional fees in such cases.

2. CANCELLATION

  • 2.1 By making a reservation, registering, or holding a seat through the Website, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant Providers, including cancellation and/or absence policies, or specific requests you may make to the Providers. Pione House is not responsible for any violations of these terms and conditions that have been agreed upon between the Providers and the User, or based on specific requests of the User, so please read the terms and conditions of the Providers carefully.
  • 2.2 Regarding the cancellation of a completed User booking, Pione House may retain or take a portion of the amount paid to reimburse incurred costs related to cancellation.

3. SPECIAL REQUESTS

  • 3.1 In case there are any special requests related to booking (e.g., wheelchair-accessible room, assistance for wheelchair users at ticket delivery, name changes, date changes, frequent flyer miles accumulation, or similar), Users can add these requests when making a booking on the Website or directly contact the Supplier (if applicable). Requests will be served at the discretion of the Supplier and Pione House, based on availability and other factors.
  • 3.2 In the case of flight changes (including but not limited to changes in dates, routes, and/or passengers) requested by the user, Pione House reserves the right to cancel any newly formed booking through the flight change process if the original booking is found to be invalid (e.g., already used or refunded bookings).

4. TRAVEL ADVICE

  • 4.1 By displaying specific destinations, Pione House does not declare or guarantee that visiting these destinations is risk-free, and Pione House is not legally responsible for any damages or losses that may occur from traveling to these destinations. In any case, Pione House will not be legally responsible for any inconveniences during your trip or stay. You are responsible for choosing your travel, itinerary, and destination for your entire journey. Pione House is not liable for any losses incurred when you do not carry necessary documents for travel, such as your passport.
  • 4.2 If you purchase a round-trip ticket under the same airline booking code (Passenger Name Record, abbreviated as PNR), both the outbound and return tickets must be fully utilized, as stated in your Pione House electronic ticket itinerary. Failure to use (i) the outbound or return trip, or (ii) using part of the round-trip flight, may invalidate the remaining ticket and make it non-refundable. Pione House assumes no responsibility if passengers violate these terms and conditions.
  • 4.3 You are fully responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and presenting a valid and effective travel permit or other necessary documents for entry into foreign countries (including, but not limited to, entry visas or other types of travel permits used for transit or other purposes) before completing your booking or reservation for your trip in accordance with the current laws of the country of departure, destination, transit, or transfer. Pione House is not obligated to inform you about the necessary preparations for travel or required permits to carry out your journey. Pione House reserves the right to limit its legal liability in the event of any losses arising from or related to your travel permits.

5. RATINGS

  • 5.1 Ratings displayed on the Website are provided for informational purposes to Users, and existing ratings are based on information provided by third parties such as suppliers, Users, or other review websites. We do not verify the ratings provided, and therefore we are not responsible for the accuracy of the current ratings. Hereby, we disclaim any complaints, losses, or legal responsibilities regarding the ratings displayed on the Website.

6. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

  • 6.1 At different times, we may offer lower prices and/or promotional programs. Please note that such lower prices and promotions are subject to different conditions and requirements, for example, related to booking and refund policies.

7. SUPPLEMENTARY FEES & REFUNDS

  • 7.1 Each listed price on the Website is effective under certain conditions, and these prices may vary depending on availability, length of stay, and/or location-specific factors. Prices displayed may include additional taxes and fees, but in some cases, prices may not include taxes and service charges; Users agree that they are responsible for verifying the total payment amount and other terms and details when a confirmation email is sent to Users. Users must verify bookings on the booking sheet; Users may cancel bookings at any time before final confirmation. Prices are detailed for Users to see the amount payable, any additional fees incurred by using credit cards or interbank transfer fees will be charged to Users, and if there is a minor shortfall in the amount paid, then Pione House may provide an email notice of the shortfall for Users to pay. In the event a User cancels a reservation prior to full payment of any existing shortfall, Pione House reserves the right to decide whether to refund the amount paid or return the amount after deducting costs incurred from not paying the User's shortfall according to procedures established by Pione House. If Users have any doubts about the service, Users may contact Pione House's customer service department (during the working hours of the customer service department as determined by Pione House). For other ticket refund requests, depending on your entitlements and Pione House's policies and airlines, Pione House will first check and verify the booking code before refunding the amount you paid, deducting any fees Pione House identifies, including but not limited to processing and management fees, interbank transfer fees, credit card fees, etc. (Refund Amount). After successful verification by Pione House, the refund amount will be provided to you in the form of an electronic voucher (e.g., Pione House Voucher, Pione House Points and/or Voucher from airlines/providers).
  • 7.2 Pione House shall not be liable or have any legal obligation for any electronic ticket issuance failure due to incorrect payment amount transferred by the User. Any transfer made beyond the payment transfer deadline will result in no booking. For real-time interbank transfers, you must use the ATM. After completing the interbank transfer, please confirm your payment by filling out the payment confirmation form.
  • 7.3 Under the terms of the payment processing utility, essentially we will process the User's refund, both voluntary and involuntary, by refunding the payment through the original payment method that you used to pay for the confirmed booking. If the User's refund amount cannot be processed through the original payment method that the User used or the original payment method that the User used to pay for the confirmed room is bank transfer or payment through our offline payment partners, we will only refund the refund amount to a valid bank account designated according to the information that the User registered on the Website when requesting a refund (“Designated Bank Account”). We reserve the right to retain and refuse to process the refund into the Designated Bank Account without matching personal information or in cases where we believe or have reasonable grounds to suspect that the refund request may violate money laundering laws, terrorism financing, fraud or other criminal activities or may involve unlawful conduct. We may report any suspicious behavior to relevant authorities (if any) to comply with our legal obligations under current laws. We shall not be responsible for the accuracy, correctness or completeness of the information provided by Users. To the extent permitted by current laws, if (a) we cannot refund the payment amount through your original payment method whether it is due to the payment processing service provider, Pione House or yourself causing; (b) you do not provide us with the necessary details to allow us to process your refund, do not register or add your Designated Bank Account on the Website, the Designated Bank Account you added is incorrect, invalid or cannot be found by the bank's system; and (c) we cannot contact you or you do not respond to us after we have made efforts to contact you, whether by email address or registered phone number, we will deem that we cannot contact you to process your refund request and Pione House reserves the right to suspend processing your request.

8. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FROM HOTELS

  • 8.1 Please note that all hotel room rates provided through our Website (Hotel Room Rates) are based on your selections, such as length of stay and number of guests requested, unless otherwise specified. Hotel room rates are per room per night. You are responsible for verifying whether your selections and any additional requests or services are reflected in the price displayed on the Website (e.g., Hotel Information provided before final confirmation) and/or in the confirmation email. Breakfast is generally not included in the room rate, unless otherwise specified. Resort fees and other mandatory charges (see description below) and taxes, tourist fees, or local accommodation taxes (if any) will be at your expense and are typically not included in the Hotel Room Rates unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for verifying any policies or explanations provided by the hotel on the Website. Room rates do not include any insurance, unless otherwise specified. Standard hotel reservations are for 1 to 2 guests; typically, additional charges will apply for extra beds. Hotels may refuse additional guests without prior notice.
  • 8.2 Please note that some hotels may charge resort fees, but additional surcharges (or similar charges) may still apply for certain services. Resort fees are usually not included in the Hotel Room Rates; detailed information is available in the hotel description on the Website. Hotels may also directly charge you for items and services including but not limited to: energy surcharges, luggage management fees, newspaper delivery fees, in-room security fees, tour/travel fees, or room cleaning fees. Practices regarding these additional surcharges are beyond Pione House's control.
  • 8.3 Optional incidental charges and personal consumption expenses (e.g., incidental charges during hotel stays) are typically not included in the Hotel Room Rates. These charges include but are not limited to: parking fees, in-room minibar charges, telephone charges, room service, food and beverage charges, special dinner events, on-demand movie/TV rentals, and internet usage fees. During certain peak tourist seasons, some hotels may enforce mandatory special dinners (e.g., New Year's Eve, Christmas, Lunar New Year, and other events). These charges are not included in the room rate but will be indicated on the booking voucher. Please refer to additional details listed under Hotel Information, Booking Requirements, Cancellation Policy, or similar sections on the Website. If you are unsure whether a charge is included in the rate, please contact our customer service department for clarification.
  • 8.4 Some hotels may charge additional fees for transportation or transfers. This is a common practice for travel between islands (e.g., Maldives) to reach the hotel. Transportation services are controlled by the hotel and are provided by or on behalf of the hotel responsible for those transport services. You agree that Pione House does not arrange any transportation services and is not responsible for those transportation services. You agree that Pione House is not responsible for the quality, safety, frequency, or level of service of those transportation services, and for any losses or damages arising from your use of those transportation services.
  • 8.5 In some legal jurisdictions, hotels may be required to directly collect occupancy taxes or local taxes from guests. Government agencies may also announce additional taxes and may require hotels to directly collect these taxes. You agree to pay any and all such taxes/fees directly to the hotel upon checkout, unless otherwise specified. If you are unsure, please check with the hotel or Pione House's Customer Service regarding any additional surcharges that may be included in the Hotel Room Rates.
  • 8.6 Value-added tax (VAT) is a consumption tax levied on the basis of consumption by the accommodation facility, deducted and paid by the customer to the competent authority. As the accommodation service is provided by the accommodation facility, Pione House does not have the authority to issue tax invoices to customers for this service. Nevertheless, we can provide payment receipts for bookings paid through Pione House.

9. USER ACCOUNTS

  • 9.1 For registration purposes, we will collect and process your personal information such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you register. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and agree to provide us with any relevant identification that we may reasonably request.
  • 9.2 Only you may use your account, and you declare and warrant that you will not allow any other party to use your identity or account for any reason, unless permitted by Pione House.
  • 9.3 You may not transfer or assign your account to any other party.
  • 9.4 You must ensure the security of your account password and any identifying information that we provide to you. In case of unauthorized use of your account or identity due to your password being disclosed, orders received from such unauthorized use will still be considered valid orders and we will process those orders. You acknowledge that Pione House is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the misuse of your account.
  • 9.5 If you no longer have control over your account, you must notify us immediately (e.g., if your account is hacked in any way or your phone is stolen) so that we can temporarily block and/or deactivate your account properly. Please note that you are responsible for the use of your account and may be responsible for your account even if your account is improperly used by others.
  • 9.6 Pione House reserves the right to temporarily block, delete, or disable User Accounts at our discretion for any reason and without providing any reasons for blocking, deleting, or disabling User Accounts. Reasons for blocking, deleting, or disabling User Accounts may include but are not limited to:
    • 9.6.1 violation of these Terms,
    • 9.6.2 prohibition as provided,
    • 9.6.3 fraud or theft (or suspicion or indication of fraud, theft),
    • 9.6.4 suspicion of criminal activity,
    • 9.6.5 suspicion of suspicious ordering,
    • 9.6.6 User provides inaccurate, misleading, or confusing information,
    • 9.6.7 inappropriate behavior, threats, or harassment,
    • 9.6.8 refusal to provide information,
    • 9.6.9 due to practical impediments,
    • 9.6.10 difficulties or incidents in connection, or
    • 9.6.11 User is listed on any government blacklist or international organization.

10. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

  • 10.1 By registering with Pione House, you will automatically become a member of our loyalty customer program named Pione HouseClub operated by Pione House.
  • 10.2 As a member of Pione HouseClub, you will have access to points, promotional programs, discounts, features, or other benefits provided by Pione House and/or third-party partners as available in the App. To avoid doubt, we may change, delete, or render ineffective any part or all of the points, promotional programs, discounts, features, or other benefits we provide.

11. PAYMENT DETAILS AND PROCEDURES

  • 11.1 Payments are made in the amount and currency specified without bank guarantee fees or any other fees collected by Pione House.
  • 11.2 Pione House does not collect taxes or fees. Any applicable taxes will be borne by the User.
  • 11.3 For all booking forms, you must make payment within the specified time frame. If payment is not made, Pione House reserves the right to cancel all reservations or cancel the booking process.
  • 11.4 Payment methods include but are not limited to bank transfers and credit cards. For payments by bank transfer, you must provide the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment for the pre-booking listed in the Pione House confirmation email. You must follow the procedure outlined in the confirmation email.
  • 11.5 For other payment methods such as credit cards, you must follow the procedures as stipulated by Pione House and/or relevant payment service providers.
  • 11.6 After you have made full payment, Pione House will issue a booking order and provide a booking reference number, along with the following information:
    • 11.6.1 Booking Reference Number;
    • 11.6.2 Customer Name;
    • 11.6.3 Booking Number;
    • 11.6.4 Booking Details; and
    • 11.6.5 Phone Number / Extension Number.

12. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT & FRAUD

  • 12.1 For payment for bookings through this Website, your credit card will be receipted by Pione House for the full price at the time of booking and confirmation (any refunds may depend on the existing booking conditions). You must carefully check booking details before each booking. Pione House will process any refunds, if applicable, within a reasonable timeframe. For some bookings, Pione House may not charge your credit card and require direct payment to related Suppliers. To protect and encrypt your credit card information when transmitted to us, we use encryption technology such as Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) or Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for our services.
  • 12.2 In case of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by others, you are responsible for contacting your bank or card issuer immediately upon identifying fraudulent or unauthorized use of the card. In this case, Pione House disclaims liability for any credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your card by others, whether fraud or unauthorized use occurs through Pione House services (including but not limited to Pione House Quick services). We are not obligated to compensate or refund any payment deemed as a result of such fraud. We may consider and approve compensation to you in another form as a gesture of goodwill. You may only claim compensation when the booking is made through our secure server and the unauthorized use of your credit card is due to our negligence or fault, and not due to any fault on your part when using the secure server. We have no legal liability for fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card in cases where fraud is conducted through applications or servers not owned by us, or unauthorized use of your credit card is a result of your negligence and fault. If you suspect any unauthorized bookings or fraudulent behavior on Pione House, you must immediately contact our Customer Support department.
  • 12.3 To make a booking, you must be over eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to enter into transactions (or have legal guardian authorization). You must use a credit card or debit card that you own, issued in your name, and ensure that there are sufficient funds to pay transaction fees. You are financially responsible for all transactions made in your name or on your account.
  • 12.4 You must ensure that the details you provide to us are entirely truthful, appropriate, and accurate. Pione House reserves the right not to accept certain credit cards. Pione House may supplement or remove other payment methods at our discretion.
  • 12.5 In some cases, we may require additional information or verification to approve validity and confirmation of bookings, as described in more detail on the Website. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email along with an e-ticket or receipt, and Suppliers may perform fraud checks during the booking process. If fraud occurs or is determined to occur, the booking will cease to exist or become void automatically. Pione House shall not be liable for any such cases. If you choose not to provide additional information, the reservation will not be completed and will become void.

13. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  • 13.1 Pione House hereby grants Users limited rights (constituting a Limited License Grant) non-transferable, non-assignable, to access and use the Website within the scope defined clearly by the Terms. In relation to this Limited License Grant, we do not grant you any other rights or permissions to use the Website; rights or permissions not expressly granted are fully owned by Pione House or other third-party owners of such licenses. The existing content on the Website (including the underlying software used to provide Content) is wholly owned by Pione House or providers and service providers of Pione House, including but not limited to Pione House Suppliers (if applicable). You may use the Website to make bookings, and hereby declare and warrant that you will not make erroneous booking requests or speculative bookings to block existing bookings. You commit that the payment information you provide is true and accurate. You also ensure to provide your email address, mailing address, and/or accurate contact information correctly and accurately.
  • 13.2 In connection with the Terms of Use of the Website, you agree not to use the Website or Content for commercial purposes or directly or indirectly use for any purpose other than personal use or for unlawful purposes (prohibited by law) or perform any action that violates the Terms. Unless expressly authorized in writing by Pione House, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer, sell, or resell any information, software, products, or services obtained related to the Website. Additionally, you must agree not to:
    • 13.2.1 Use this Website or Content for commercial purposes without Pione House's permission;
    • 13.2.2 Access, monitor, or copy any Content on the Website using technology, software, or any program whether manually or automatically for any purpose without written permission from Pione House;
    • 13.2.3 Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable load on the Website or our infrastructure;
    • 13.2.4 Create deep links to this Website (including but not limited to booking portals) for any purpose without prior written consent from Pione House;
    • 13.2.5 Resell, use, copy, perform surveillance (such as using or installing User scan programs or scrape programs), display, download, or execute any production of Content, software, products, or services provided through the Website for commercial purposes or for the purpose/competitive operation;
    • 13.2.6 Replicate the Website (via frame or mirror) or set up part of this Website on any other website without prior written consent;
    • 13.2.7 Send notifications to or on the Website that violate any laws, regulations, or rules, or may incite illegal activities or criminal acts;
    • 13.2.8 Transmit or provide links to or send a message containing materials that may be considered, as determined by Pione House, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, indecent, violent, racially discriminatory, or discriminatory, offensive, harassing, intimidating, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;

  • 13.4 By making a reservation through this Website, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any prohibition or restriction under any sanction list, nor are you subject to sanctions under anti-money laundering regulations.

14. USER CONTENT RIGHTS

  • 14.1 By completing a reservation, you agree to receive an email inviting you to submit a review or rating regarding the chosen Providers. Pione House reserves the right to decide whether your opinion will be published in the review. Pione House may display opinions that contain comments, service levels, and your name.
  • 14.2 When providing a review, you agree to ensure that:
    • 14.2.1 You own and control all rights to the reviews you provide to the Website;
    • 14.2.2 The content of the review is accurate and does not contain any misleading statements; and
    • 14.2.3 The use, execution, or transmission of the review content does not violate the Terms or any applicable laws and regulations, does not infringe on the rights of any third party, and does not harm any party.
  • 14.3 You are solely responsible for the content of the reviews you provide or submit. You authorize Pione House to take action if any party infringes on your rights or Pione House's rights.
